The book Chains was not too bad of an idea. The book was so sad when I first started to read it. I started to cry when the younger sister, Ruth, was going to be given away to the highest bidder. The older sister, Isabel, got into a bad place at the wrong time. She was getting mad at the people who was using the older sibling, Corson, as their slave. They even put Isabel in jail and also stopped her from seeing the people in the jail. That was a much harder punishment for that beautiful young lady. She also started telling lies and instead of trying to tell the whole truth. She watched the people who started the entire thing. This is my book I like to read during the summer.

DragonBall #1

The book I have read in class is called dragon ball. It is the first one from the Author who has also made more of the same kind of books. I even read number two which was part of the series. I did like the part where the characters almost got attacked by the bad guys . I wish I could be the one who should have came to try help them out. The word I did not know is the Word Favor.
The most important thing I could relate to was back when I was younger. The time I used to sat by the television and watch the Characters on the cartoon Network. Way back in the days I use to live in my old apartment on the west side of town. I don’t remember how old I was. The inference that I have made was some of the new Characters. One reminds me of the one called the Ox king. I can really get interested in the whole dragon ball graphic novel series.
The other information I have is, this book can be written in every kind of translation. The question is why did the Author write such a funny book. The other word I didn’t understand is the word CAPSL? The other connection is I can really get hooked on reading the graphic novels instead of just reading other books.
I also have one interesting fact. The way the author spells the main characters names. So the surprise is, one of the mean guys has a bad fear of girls. Some of the people in this book are bad guys. The second question is, that the bad guys will try to take over the whole world. That’s where they found the seven dragon balls in the first place. The next thing is that I can make a prediction. My prediction is that one of them transforms into a monkey monster and trying to kill his friends in the process.
Trying to escape to freedom an even stranger turn of events happens.G TO EXCAPE TO FREEDOME AND EVENLY STRANGE TAURN OF A VENTS IS THAT ONE OF THE SUPPER VIELLENS IS TRYING TO KILL THE FIRST CARICTORS WILL BE BADLY HURT AND MOURTILY WUONDED the other question I have is why do so many people read this book and other novels? The new words I still don’t understand is the same word I do not know is the word fear and I now have a brand new question I came up with is the Maine actions of the people are so funny and the way the Maine characters talk and run away form scary animals the favorite part of the book is where the staring hero try to stop one of main characters form finding the seven dragon balls and starting to wake up the dragon inside the magical dragon balls so one of the bad guys trying to steal the dragon balls form the others people in the book and so on and on the good guys try to get the Dragon balls back and the meanwhile the mean and some what craze bad guys woke up and try to go after them and try to take them and away and now I even can make a connection is that the Main point is this book you should try to start at the back instead of the not try to read the only way to learn is by starting studying the COVER AND BACK OF THE BOOK AND I WOULD PERSONAILY RECKMANED THIS BOOK FOR YOU .

Trail of Tears

The Indian Removal Act of 1830 was signed by Andrew Jackson to have all of the Indians removed to the land west of the Mississippi River. The act was harsh and it was bad. The land was hard on the Native American’s feet and also the bad climate. Some of the Native Americans didn’t even have shoes on their feet. The settlers needed the land that the Indians use to live on. Many of the Native Americans died of hunger, bad climate, and from being sick and made to walk along time.

Binge Eating

Walker has just polished off a whole package of cookies and he hasn’t finished his home work yet. He’s searching for more chips to eat while he does his math. He hates that he‘s overweight
but he can’t seem to stop binging. In the back of his mind he knows that in an hour. He ‘s going to feel guilty and disgusted with himself. But right now it FEELS like he can’t stop eating.
But binge eating is different from normal appetite or overeating from time to time.
People with a binge eating problem consume unusually large amounts of food .on a regular basis. They often eat quickly and do other things while eating like watch TV or do home work. They’re full people who binge eat are usually are overweight even obese because they consume more calories than body can use. Eating disorders are very serious.
Eating disorders can cause potentially life threatening conditions. That can affect a person’s emotional and physical health. Eating disorders are not just a fad or phase. People do not just catch an eating disorder. Eating disorders over a period of time are real complex and devastating conditions. That can have a serious problem for health productivity and relationship’s.
These are some of the possible health consequences.
• High blood pressure
• Heart disease as a result of triglyceride levels
• Type 2 diabetes mellitus
• Gallbladder disease.
• Abstain from work or college and school.
• Stress has disturbed family life.
• Obsessed with image.
• Poor self esteem silk over looking over weight
• Depressed anxious
• And harbors on overpowering a sense of helplessness.
Here are the symtom’s binge eating. They eat an extremely large amount of food within 2 hour period at 2 times for a week on. This average for at lest six week’s. They feel unable to control how much you eat during a binge. They often feel unhappy about eating. You eat more quickly than normal during a binge. You eat until you are painfully full. Almost everyone over east’s from time to time.
Taking a third helping at thanksgiving. Dinner for a example or downing a whole package of cookies. Over eating is a regular and uncontrollable habit you may be suffering form binge eating disorder. Binge eater’s use food with stress and other negative emotions but their
compulsive overeating just make them feel worse. Good news is that binge eating disorder is treatable with professional help and support. You can learn to stop binge eating.
